  • Number of dependents
  • Co-applicant's income

The loan tenure
The tenure of your NRI Home Loan ranges from 1 to 15 years. Prepayment of the loan, ahead of the contracted schedule in part or full, is permitted subject to payment of nominal fees / charges as stipulated by DHFL from time to time.
